Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates respects your privacy and operates this website by the following principles:

Harvard Vanguard’s website may be used without disclosing personally identifiable information. Harvard Vanguard will not obtain such information unless voluntarily submitted (i.e. emailing Harvard Vanguard your comments or suggestions will disclose your email address). There are two areas of the Harvard Vanguard website that require users to provide personally identifiable information:

This secure offline information is accessible only by authorized Harvard Vanguard staff. Once the transaction has been processed, the information is immediately deleted from Harvard Vanguard’s systems.

The purpose of these logs is to help improve our service by evaluating the “traffic” to the website. Logs may be kept for an indefinite amount of time.
